Mr. Najmuddin Safi, President of Afghan Taekwon-Do Association and Official
Representative of ITF for Afghanistan, conducted a seminar followed by grading in Herat
province of Afghanistan from 24 through 25 February 2012. 

150 Taekwon-Do practitioners and 10 instructors, from different Taekwon-Do schools of Herat Province, participated the seminar. 

The seminar was solely designed for practicing Tuls from CHON-JI through GE-BAEK.

At the end of the seminar, 35 practitioners appeared and lined up for grading, out of which 31
successfully promoted to 1st and 2nd Degree Black Belts. 

It is worth mentioning that the event was organized by Ehsan Safi Taekwon-Do Association which is a member organization of the Afghan Taekwon-Do Association in Herat province.
