On december 6, 2014, many ITF Taekwon-do practitioners from Kwan Traditional Taekwon-do Association of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, gathered for the International Seminar with Master Parm Rai, VIII Dan, Special Assistant to Presidente Choi Jung Hwa, IX dan, and Technical Director of ITF.

Were about 5 hours of training and 2 more hours of Degrees examination, with many teachings of the highest technical level of our art.

Finally, Master Rai gave us a beautiful history lesson, told us facts of his past with General Choi Hong Hi, facts with President Choi Jung Hwa, and his own personal history.

No doubt an unforgettable event and we hope to repeat it for many years, for the qualitative growth of the Taekwon-do in Rio de Janeiro.

El 06 de diciembre 2014 muchos practicantes de Taekwon-do ITF de la Asociación Kwan Taekwon-do Tradicional de Rio de Janeiro, Brasil, se reunieron para el Seminario Internacional con el Maestro Parm Rai, VIII Dan, Asistente Especial del Presidente Choi Jung Hwa, IX dan, y Director Técnico de la ITF.

Fueron cerca de 5 horas de entrenamiento y más 2 horas de examen de Danes con diversas enseñanzas del más alto nivel técnico de nuestro arte.

Por último, el Maestro Parm Rai nos dió una hermosa lección de la historia, los hechos del pasado junto con el General Choi Hong Hi y al lado del Presidente Choi Jung Hwa y además su historia personal.

Sin duda, un evento inolvidable y esperamos repetir durante muchos años para el crecimiento cualitativo de Taekwon-do en Río de Janeiro.
