Further the ITF Executive decision to clarify our current membership policies, there are a number of ways an organisation or school may be in membership of the ITF:
COUNCIL:
Registered INO's and MO's in a country working together under one umbrella, but still retaining their autonomy and direct like to the ITF.
INO:
This membership is for organisations and is not seen as a school-only level but for a group which consists of a number of schools which require that their member instructors are regularly viewed and screened to ensure they comply with all ITF regulations and syllabus.
To qualify as an INO, the standard benchmark or minimum level are as follows:
MO:
Member Organisations are allocated to schools who are within a country where there is no existing INO and are relatively new or small. The MO within a country where there are no other MOs with ITF authority, assume the responsibility of an INO. Applications for Degree and status cards can be made on line, however the INO Fee cannot be deducted from the payment due. The reality of an MO in a country where there is an existing INO is for administration purposes only.
