Cork ITF Taekwon-Do, established 2002.

We here at Cork ITF Taekwon-Do, offer students an alternative to the many unhealthy activities arising far too rapidly in modern society. We have found over the past 22 years, that our teaching methods allow our students to improve their fitness and meet new friends in age-specific programmes, while developing self-confidence and vital self-defence skills through the martial art of ITF Taekwon-Do.

Instructors:

Leonard & Martyna Coughlan are full-time Taekwon-Do instructors, and with the assistants of their two children Seán & Leah run their family martial art clubs in a very professional manner.
